Any additional work outside this agreement will require separate approval and may affect cost.

Contractor is not liable for existing structural, plumbing, or electrical issues unless explicitly addressed.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE:
Any legal disputes pertaining to the interpretation of the terms of this contract shall be resolved and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky; venue for the filing of any legal actions shall be in the courts located in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky. CONTRACT AMENDMENTS: This contract shall not be altered/amended without the agreement of the parties, reduced to writing, signed by both parties and attached as an addendum to this agreement.
